Ending this year’s instalment of the Tolpuddle Radical Film Festival is the culmination of the Small Axe Radical Short Film Awards @1315. We will be awarding 8 awards this year: Best Documentary, Best Fiction, Best Student Fiction and Best Student Documentary in both an audience vote (collated throughout the festival) and the jury ratings.
